Fuel Surcharge Schedule

H&M has adopted the new fuel surcharge calculation method which is based on the United States National Average Diesel Fuel Price (NADF) published weekly by the United States Department of Energy (http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/gdu/gasdiesel.asp). This method gives our providers a better link to the prevailing market prices of diesel fuel and the fuel surcharge accessorial to better assist H&M and their customers to respond to the weekly changes of fuel prices in the marketplace.
