Special Fuel Surcharge Chart for the State of Florida
Effective November 1, 2005, every Tuesday morning H&M International will release the most recent Fuel Surcharge Percentage which will remain in effect through the following Monday close of business. The Fuel Surcharge is based on the US National Average Fuel price as published by the Department of Energy (D.O.E). This special fuel surcharge notice will be forward to you by email every Tuesday morning.
