The Bi-State Motor Carriers Association Recognizes H&M Employee for Outstanding Customer Service
The Bi-State Harbor Carrier Conference has announced the awards for outstanding service provided in the year 2006 to the trucking community.
I am honored to announce that this year’s recipient for Outstanding Customer Service will be awarded to Shalonda Williams, Shalonda has been employed with H & M International for approximately 4 years in which time she has held several different positions within our organization before transferring to the Customer Service Dept. in 2005.
This will be the first time Shalonda is being recognized by the Bi-State. However, she joins several of her co-workers who are past recipients of this award. Please join me in congratulating Shalonda on a job well done.
H & M continues to enjoy a reputation for providing exceptional customer service to the Intermodal Industry. This is only possible as a result of the continued efforts of everyone in our organization. Thank you all for your continued efforts.
