Compensation Program
Regional:
- Flat rates based on mileage bands (Check with local H&M terminal)
- Accessorial pay competitive to industry standards

Over The Road
- Per mile rates paid on all loaded, empty and bobtail miles (Check with local H&M terminal)
- Toll reimbursement in some lanes

Driver Requirements
- Minimum age requirement 23 years of age
- Valid commercial drivers license
- Drug test required
- Pass or have a current long form physical exam
H&M Bonus Programs
- $1,000 sign on bonus, at selected terminals (See Note Below), without Hazmat endorsement
- $1,500 sign on bonus, at selected terminals (See Note Below), if you have Hazmat endorsement
- Owner operator annual loyalty bonus is paid each year. Minimum $200 Maximum $500
- Owner operator referral bonus. You can earn $300 when your referral signs on with H&M and is leased for 60 days.
- $50 bonus for a clean “ Level 1 inspection” roadside inspection
